There was a historian who became famous for postulating that dropping the A bomb on Japan was unnecessary, that they were crippled by US blockade, and that the only reason we dropped the bomb was to tell Russia to back the frick up.

WWII had a lot evil in it. I think the bomb itself could be considered evil because of what it can do

Ask the boys from Bataan if they thought it was evil.
If we'd continued the conventional war, we'd have wiped out Japan while losing thousands of soldiers. Forcing them to surrender, which was the main reason they tortured and killed almost 40% of their POW's, both saved countless lives on both sides and was a MILLION times more humiliating to them.
Obama does everything he can to make us look wrong and everyone else look right. He is the Manchurian candidate and god only knows what shite will go up in flames after he's gone.
