No

Nobody gives a shite about your damn dog.
Its not a human.

It’ll be ok alone.

Sister in-law brought her dog to our house TWICE unannounced. I have a small dog and cat. Peed me off. Kept me busy the entire time with that over anxious dog

Nothing makes my blood boil like this. This is going to make me sound like I hate animals, which couldn’t be further from the truth. I love animals. But I have a large family. On both sides. So when I’m walking up to the door at a holiday at a relative’s house and six dogs come rushing at me, I want to take the stuff that I’ve brought, turn around, and tell everybody so long

Then not a problem.

Anyone that brings a dog to someone's house without preclearance is an a-hole

It’s all about spending quality time with family, and if your dog is part of your family,
but a dog isn’t part of a family. It is an entertainment piece. The dog would be just fine if he had other humans care for him.

Not unless I ask first. Nothing worse than some 3rd cousin in law showing up with his shitlicking dog at the house.

Get a kennel. Teach your dog to like it so he treats it as his home.

Yes, only because they welcome him and he is well behaved. He greets people and then leaves them alone. He will find a place to lay and usually just moves to a couple of spots here and there. He’s a husky/shepherd mix and probably something else. He was a rescue.

My dog goes to work with me every day and is pretty used to traveling. He’s pretty well behaved and he will be going to my grandmas for thanksgiving and Christmas, but he’s only 6 months old, so I’ll also be bringing the truck kennel inside for while we’re eating or if he needs a break from the little kids.

It would be a nice break from that Honeybaked Ham crap if they brought dog one year.

My dog is 70lbs, loves all people, hates all animals.

We don’t take him to other people’s houses because he would spend the whole times running around trying to get everyone to pet him, and if they had another animal there 100% chance there would be a fight

I should have had his balls cut off as a puppy but didn't so he's mean to strangers.

That's not why he's a little piece of shite. It's b/c he's a little piece of shite, like every little dog that has owners that don't know how to train and treat their dogs properly.

I don't leave my dog in a cage all day like you bro, he has free rein of the house and a doggy door to come and go as he pleases. Also sleeps in the bed.

I spoil my kid too

Yes, but we are just going to be at my parents' houses and they have both dogsit for us before and have pets.

I'd probably bring them regardless, but of course I'd check first to make sure it's okay.
