There’s a young woman in my office whose face I’ve never seen. She wears that mask 100% of the time. You’d think she would immediately die if she caught a cold. It’s just weird.

Yes and we are where it should have been. They are making a choice and no one is forced to. Ignis probably good if you are sick to wear something anyways.

If the person was Asian, it’s a non issue. Asians wear them in Asia ever since SARS or Bird Flu in early 2000’s. It’s cultural now for Asians. It ain’t going away.

We had the trash using hand sanitizer and being health conscious which ended the regular flue epidemic every year.
But I guess the big Pharma didn’t like that so it stopped.

I have It isn't common but it's not completely unheard of
It was way less common before covid. If we’re to believe all these people, many of whom are pretty young and look able-bodied, have to wear a mask due to a legit medical condition, then our society is truly sickly. I see youngish looking people driving alone in their cars wearing masks. It’s usually orientals.

When I visited Japan about 2% of the people had masks on. I guess they do it out of courtesy when they have a cold. Or maybe they are hypochondriacs.
