If I'm the only person walking by then yes.

If they force the issue I will reluctantly but seldom do I even give them a chance. I don’t even look at the workers and make eye contact I just walk past them. Even when someone in front of me is having their buggy inspected, I just walk around them and go about my business.

Every time I buy something that didn't fit in the bag. They scan my receipt and then the item.
A few weeks ago I thought I'd try reusable bags. I put all my stuff in two Ikea bags. Took like ten minutes to leave the store. They scanned half the shite.
It's been bad since they went to mostly self checkout

No. No legal reason and it pisses me off to no end to pay, walk ten feet then be asked to verify I paid.
