yes, and when they come over to my house so I make sure to give them the tour so they can see that all of the rooms are air-conditioned.

I know a guy that checks out DVD's from the library to avoid paying for Netflix, but going to the office to watch Netflix on the weekends is fricking sad.

My grandfather, whom I love dearly, does this. He has the means to pay his bills, but for some reason he likes saving a buck. There’s no reason for him to sit in a sweltering house.

He takes medication that makes him feel even colder, so I can understand not wanting his house to be as cool as most people do, but to barely run it with it being so hot, doesn’t make sense.

If you live in the south, keep your shite at 79-80 and think it's comfortable, then you're a psycho.

I honestly may call the police.

My brother. This man will sit in his boxers in 85 degree heat inside. Once walked into his apartment back in college and his dumbass got off his pleather couch and it sounded like Velcro.

They're too soft to come in my house. My neighbor who is about 75 was complaining the older he gets the softer he gets and had to turn the AC on when it gets above 100 now.

I'm hot natured but that's too cold for me. Our ac keeps the house freezing below 70. I usually keep it between 73-70.

People bitch about these temps but what they don't understand is hygrometry. 79 @ 35% rel humidity is wayyyy more comfortable than 79 @ 60% rel humidity.

We keep ours higher than the average OTer (per threads). But, when people come over we lower it to OT levels.
