My cousin takes his family down there six months out of the year. His wife teaches at one of the universities for that six months. They love it and are considering making it a permanent move

I have a college buddy who moves there and has been there about 4 years now. I think he loves it.

One of my homes is in Perth, but looks like I will be selling it soon.

A roommate from college. His wife is from Japan so it made the path to citizenship easier. I know about 1-2 dozen people who hold dual passports in various countries.

Lived there for a few years. Good place. Probably a bit like California. Very liberal. Very small population so easily manipulated to the flavor of the month with some of the climate change stuff. They’re starting to figure it out a bit but I wouldn’t trust to hold any real freedoms there. Very safe place for families. Very expensive.

Met this lady on the ski lift who immigrated to New Zealand. I asked why and she gave me this incredulous look and was like because it’s the greatest place on earth. She lived next to some national forest with a river running through her property. Sounded sweet.
