Not at all. It is a hobby. Some people go out and drink and get wasted and some stay home a game with friends. If it makes them happy why do you give a damn?

I mean, if that's what they want to do with their free time, go for it.
If it's affecting their everyday lives, like if I had a coworker who was constantly struggling to stay awake during the day because they were up until 3 in the morning playing video games, then no respect at all.
