That term is so cringey. The people I know with a “work husband/wife” at our work are completely devoid of social skills outside of work to have real friends.
I have female coworkers I am friendly with but nothing even close to that term to answer question.

Back in the day all of the girls would come up to the cockpit about an hour out from home, after a really fun trip, to say goodbyes, I would always say, usually with a tear in my eye, now is the sad part of the trip, it’s time to leave our friends and loved ones and go home to our families.
