Do you get mad if someone uses your hose without asking?

Say the house next door is under construction and one of the subcontractors uses your hose to rinse mud off shoes, fill up a bucket or other small tasks. Does that piss you off?

Small tasks like that? No.

Pressure wash the entire house or wash a car? Yes, that’s just inconsiderate.

One time thing? No.

Becomes a habit? Yes, I would put a stop to it.

ask permission first. What would they do if you went to their house and did the same without asking?

Nah, if it bothers me that much I just buy the house.

I would be a little upset. Just for the reason of not having any curtesy. If they ask, I say no problem, anytime you need to.

Why would a neighbor use your hose?

Yes, it's a lack of respect, for one thing.

Seeing how all the homes in my gated community are on 10 acre lots I usually don't mind.

I do , however, have my butler drive them back to their jobsite in my Bentley to save them the long walk back.

No problem so long as they don’t make a mess and leave things the way they found them. Odds are that neither of those scenarios occur.
