That's actually a thing, well, at least FIV, the cat equivalent of HIV. I had a cat who caught it when I was a kid. Had to put him down. Poor Smokey.

No, but I live in an affluent neighborhood. A chicken in every pot and a hose in every yard. Living the dream, baw.

I was in a bad part of the east a couple of weeks ago. Tons of roaches everywhere. I went to wash my hands lady says their water was cut off. So I used the other side's(duplex) side and turned on the ratty hose that sprayed me.
I hear from in the house.
"Mom some white boy is playing with our hose".
This big old fat lady comes to the door and says "do you pay my water bill, that shite ain't free".
I try and explain, but she's being a bitch.
Fast forward to Monday. The landlord put in a request for me to work on that lady's side. I said it would be two weeks or so before I can get to it.
....So enjoy the laundromat bitch.
Seriously though im very close to cutting this slumlord off.
I hear from in the house.

Well, anything that tool said sounded weird, so I just thought he was full of shite. And not only that, why keep it alive in basically a small cage? Years later we thought we saw him wandering around looking homeless, not a surprise.

Happened to me during construction. Was mad af that they didnt ask first. Told them if I catch them again, would prosecute. Ask first, no worries. Take without asking, we got bizness.
