I am highly skeptical that anyone falls into these two categories.
For me, sometimes I do. Sometimes I don't. Depends on what my stomach is feeling like at the time. Along with other factors like where I'm peeing. At home, and I have to fart while peeing...I'm letting it rip. At a urinal in a crowded public bathroom, probably not if it's at a nice restaurant or industrial convention. But if it's at Jordan-Hare Stadium after a day of tailgaiting and drinking, or at the hunting club with others shooting the shite around a campfire in the evening, yeah, I'll let it rip there.
