Was thinking about a new truck. 15mpg seems steep. I've always been in 20+ mpg cars.

I used to have a Ram that got 12mpg, now I have a Tacoma that gets 20 and a E150 that gets 17 and it's lightyears better. Though gas is much cheaper now then it was since i had a guzzler. My worst car was my 67 mustang. It got 10-12 on the highway.

If you want a truck and you want halfway decent mileage (22+ mpg) you need to either look at a Colorado/Canyon Duramax or a Ram 1500 EcoDiesel.

Yea, but it has a 38 gallon tank so I fill up about once every three or four weeks.

15-17 mpg depending on how many days waze says the way home from work is free of cops.

At 110 it uses 2 gallons in 15 miles.

My daily commute is only 7 miles round trip. So I'm not real hung up on mpg.
