Do you believe we are living in a simulation?

Not like the matrix, but everything about us is simulated, even our minds and existences.
If so, would you personally want to hack the system and know/manipulate everything?
Or just go on living in ignorant binary bliss?

Our brains are simulating reality based on sensory inputs, which are different from person to person. The shade of blue sky I see is not exactly the same as the one anyone else sees.

When I was doing live shows while microdosing acid throughout the day, I used to wonder that while during. Especially when it becomes routine day after day.
When anything becomes too routine I guess it seems like a cycle and can throw that vibe.

I watched the clip, thanks for sharing and noticed that it was uploaded on 4/20.
One of the reasons that I feel it's 'more likely than not' that we're living in a simulation is that I think it will be possible within the next 50 years to create a simulation very similar to life as we know it. If this were to happen, what point in time would I want to experience? Definitely not the Dark Ages or even early 1900s. It would be during the time of significant technological advances that make everyday life much easier. Basically the past 20 years and upcoming 20-50 years.

I would say more of a manipulation than simulation.
