It didn't have any effect on my wife or my ex-wife (except while they were breastfeeding, then they were even bigger). I know a couple of people for whom it did have that shrinkage effect, though. I think it varies a lot.

They can get droopy with breastfeeding and weight gain/weight loss. They can also grown/shrink based on hormonal shifts.

Smaller firm boobs generally stay that way longer.
