Do we have any watch wearers/collectors on the OT?

If so, what's your watch? Or top watches?

OK. I get it. The occasional OT poster was unaware that watch threads are common.

Nope. There definitely aren't 500 other threads on the OT about this topic. We certainly don't have this topic 2 or 3 times a week.

Watch threads are one of the most reoccurring topics on the OT.

If you don't spend more on one watch than the average American makes in 3 months of work you aren't allowed to talk about watches on the OT

From one of my friends on WatchUSeek. He decided he wanted the blue face version instead. He is one of the serial watch flippers.

Chicken, is it really necessary for your crew to start these watch threads every week? I know you are probably being paid by the watch manufacturers, but these are worse than the conspiracy theory threads and travel ball threads now.

69k posts and you have not learned to search? Nice.

Also, we landed on the moon, everyone hated Miles until we hired Orgeron, Aranda and Wade are God’s gift to coaching that can do no wrong, Popeyes is awesome, Cajun Navy now sucks, 30A is only for pretentious people, Texas is better than Louisiana, traffic sucks on I-10 and in Baton Rouge, Kate is a whale that shouldn’t be in Sports Illustrated and cruises are trashy.

Now you know all the shill threads Chicken allegedly pays people to post and the OT’s/Rant’s opinions.

Pretty good synopsis, however not a single mention of travel ball and/or braxton? I swear that has been the topic du jour this summer.

I have no idea what the point of a watch is today.
No one looks at them for time. You look at your phone, unless you have an iwatch.

Are they supposed to be something that helps you get women? I have a hard time seeing that.

or are they the equivalent to expensive arse purses for women simply to show them off to other women, in this case, men showing off their expensive watches to other men?

I wear a watch but I can’t for the life of me understanding spending a lot of money on one. And certainly not spending a lot of money on a collection of watches.

To each his own I suppose though.

Some of us just like them and collect them. In a business setting I have found that there is a large population that collects rare watches just like cars. If not your thing then so be it. I am sure you have interests others would find silly or foolish (which I would generally not make an ignorant comment about).
