I kind of like necessary double negatives.

My brother is having a birthday party. I don'thave to go, but I can't not go.

Manifold/maniford. Why is an "L" so difficult for some people?

I hear the word "literally" 5 times per day. It's misused 5 times per day. No!!! Lebron did NOT literally carry the team on his back. What the ref called was NOT literally highway robbery.

For example, I was just watching a show where a guy was taken for a ride around the track in a race car. He gets out and says "we just kicked the day into high-gear... literally!"
This one shouldn't have bothered you that much. He probably knows what literally means but thought it would be a clever thing to say on tv IMO. I also hate when people say IMO at the end of their sentence. God that pisses me off.

There's a meteorologist on FNC's morning show who is a habitual abuser of "actually". Cute little Hispanic girl named Maria Molina (sp last name?). The over / under betting line in my house on how many times she uses it in her 30 second segments is 2 .5.

Incorrect usage of apostrophes.

Examples
Incorrect: She has big tit's.
Correct: She has big tits.

Makes me want to punch someone in the face.

I work with college graduates who do not understand the correct use of apostrophes. Hell, there are some who cannot write a complete sentence!

I think that's a misunderstood one. It should really be "Like I could care less" which has the same meaning as "I couldn't care less". It's been shortened into nonsense, but it doesn't bother me.
