Many of the people in the parks appear too trashy to be able to afford it. I don’t know what they’re doing. Two trips ago we were at the Grand Floridian and there was at least one super trashball family staying there.

I honestly thought that this was in place already. I went to Disney last year and I honestly don’t recall seeing anyone smoking in the park.

I would guess this will effect the large percentage of foreign visitors to the park than the locally grown smoking trash.
