Eh, I've seen enough successful, middle-aged people go into a store for a return or something and think that the store rules shouldn't apply to them. Those people come in all demographics and income ranges.

Footage from another video about the ordeal shows the family sporting custom-made “Keep calm and enjoy your Disney vacation” shirts.

Should have been kicked off for that.

You dont get your room key on the ship.

WTF am I reading? My wife cruised when she was pregnant and we definitely knew the policy. No way in hell they didnt know.

You can carry booze on disney cruise ships in limited quantity.

Not sure why anyone would downvote this as its just the facts.

You can bring wine and beer open carry. You used to be able to bring whatever you wanted onboard. You can even carry on and consume booze you buy in port. Disney has the most lax rules of all cruise lines for alcohol. They already got your money.

Disney is most certainly not a trashy cruise line. The cost in the summer for a family of four will set you back easily 10k.

Wonder if the guard with the AR-15 had a giant mickey hand on.. lol

I think her complaint should be with Miami Port Authority.

I think some of the cruise ships are now doing this, actually. They now leave your keys in a mailbox outside your cabin door.

I wonder how Disney found out exactly how many weeks she was? Guessing she or her husband told them unless they require a DR's note?

DCL most certainly does not do this. The picture of her in the room with all the monitors is the cruise terminal. She never stepped foot on the ship.

I have also never heard of any cruise line leaving your room key which doubles as your credit card in an unsecured location. I would certainly never do business with any company that would do that.

Every ship requires your room key to check you in that you actually boarded the ship as well.

Why is this even news?

Because publicity means more views for their Youtube videos...

Video that Jackson posted to her YouTube vlog “The Jackson Hive” shows an armed guard telling the mom to “Wait outside. Step outside” as he leads the family to a door.
