Older I get the more I'm just not sure it's more convenience than choice. More food industry inundation of bad choices over better choices. I don't think we can ever correct what has been done in terms of food choice in America.
If America all at once chose to eat right, grocery stores would be 2 aisles. American business can't afford that and prays it never happens. Fat is profitable.

Taking care of yourself isn’t that hard, I drink 24+ beers a week and I’d be willing to bet I’m in better shape than 90% of the people walking around Louisiana. The thing is that I get up every morning and take my arse to the gym and outside of my cold beer I keep crap out of my mouth for the most part.
