SIAP, maybe I missed the thread on this
WBRSO deputy doing bad things
man Mike Cazes must've really pissed off C. Nak, cause that boy loves to get on his case.
story is pretty damning to WBRSO.

A second woman came forward, WBRZ learned, alleging a similar encounter with the deputy while an internal affairs investigation unfolded.

WBRZ learned Arceneaux was suspended for two weeks and transferred to the sheriff’s office work release building for another two weeks and returned to his patrol position after being disciplined.

Are these cops really that stupid??? Do they not know that forcing some ole gal on the side of the road to give him a BJ is not going to turn out well for him???

Cant believe they kept this deputy employed. Cazes has his faults, but this is off the charts.

I like how he had all the family photos on his desk turned to face the camera.

Makes you think how difficult it might be to recruit new deputies in this "sue first, apologize later" society

maybe in a larger department or metro area, but I don't think WBR has a problem getting applicants. They seem to definitely have an issue with the quality of the applicants.

I really want to hear from the Deputy. Is he denying this happened? Because if not, then the question should be why isn’t he being arrested for rape? If he is denying it, then there needs to be a criminal investigation. Not sure how days off without pay enters into the equation either way.

would IA's findings lead to this if he the deputy wasn't culpable?
quote:
"This officer poses a risk to the public and a liability to the agency he represents," Metropolitan Crime Commission President Rafael Goyeneche said.
“Arceneaux did not deny the claim but also thought it was mutual,” the investigative file reported.
this is pretty damning too.

So how does he not get fired for that?
Is there a clause in the WBRPSD handbook that states that on-duty bj's are permitted as long as it's mutual?

Sounds like the deputy has been watching too much Pornhub.

If he really thought it was ok because it was mutual that just shows how terrible the department training is.

What part are you referencing? Goyeneche's quote or the fact Goyeneche said something?
Posted on 7/20/18 at 9:28 am to toosleaux
both. and the fact that the deputy said he thought it was mutual.

Now with two women alleging sexual battery, what the hell is that Sheriff doing??? Fire that man and arrest his arse!

Goyeneche is Nakamoto's paid soundbite guy. Pretty well known, especially in the legal community. But I agree, the thinking it's mutual part is pretty bad.
