Jefferson Terrace area here- that was fun. A supercell or something. Rain was hitting my windows sideways and lighting was crazy but no trees down or anything at my home. Westminster/Drusilla must have taken it worse.

That's damn near right over my house. I heard what I thought might be a small tornado but couldn't see anything. Dog was going nuts.

A tornado doesn’t have to be spotted for them to issue a warning like it used to. Today they issue one if radar indicates one “might” form. They issue them too often IMO now so the warning really doesn’t mean much anymore.

And now it’s just a steady rain. Wind must have been humming because of how quiet it is now compared to a few minutes ago. Good luck to those on the path still. Damn nature, you scary

My dog is sleeping on the couch right under an exterior window. I tried to get him to come chill with me in the hall and he was like “nah, I’m good” and went back to sleep,

I think this was the MCV we saw in DFW yesterday morning?????

I’m sure Duke or RDS will be here shortly.

I don’t see much on velocity so if it is there it will be a tiny one at the moment

Our little dog will go outside and take a dump in a lightning storm so it was weird for him to start barking about the weather.

Im in Westminster,

Woke around 4:45 then whole house shook. Power out at 5:00 (generator kicked on shortly after)
Went outside to inspect.
Lot of down limbs in out front and back. Debris from neighbors roof in our front and back as well. Can see a snapped tree in neighbors front yard. Haven’t been around the neighborhood yet

Yeah anything that could kill you is long gone

We all probably didn’t wake up until it passed by anyways.

Yes. I’ve been looking for a thread on the OT but this is all I see.

Also in Westminster. I can see one big ole branch on my back patio, am waiting for sunrise to give it all a better look out there.

Didn't know it had happened until it was over. The joys of being hearing impaired - if I'm sleeping really well and my good ear is buried in a pillow, I won't hear much of anything...even a tornado.

Hope everyone is alright in your neck of the woods.

In Westminster. Was taking my morning TD reading time on the toilet when it all hit and power went out. Heard big stuff falling on the roof and peaked out the window and have some large limbs on the roof. Don’t know the extent of the damage yet. I’ll check it out when I head to work. Chelsea and Downing here. Those in the neighborhood that are looking for something to do today, feel free to handle the limbs for me so I don’t have to when I get home tonight haha. No really. Please.
