Did Burke Ramsey kill JonBenét Ramsey?

Watching a documentary from 2016 on this case. Evidence is extremely compelling.
1) Mothers tone changes as she hangs up the phone and sounds as if you can hear the kids voice when they claimed he was asleep
2) If the ransom was real, why the frick did you call the police instead of going take out 118k when John was supposedly a millionaire
3) The family had seemingly no regard to the crime scene and interviewed with news stations more than the police

The most revealing thing I learned about Burke was that a year before her death, Burke beat the shite out of JonBenet with a golf club.

I used to be convinced it was Burke...but how do you explain the foreign male DNA(semen) that was found on her clothes? The DNA did not match the father or the brother.

You mean the "DNA" "discovered" years later?
It could have come from anywhere from before she wore the underwear ( it was a brand new pair) to years of sitting in some forensic lab room.
