Did anyone with kids in a Louisiana Public HS get pandemic relief EBT cards last year?

Tied to my son's HS.
Came in last year and I set it aside. A letter came in today stating that funds would be expunged if the card wasn't used by next month.
I checked out the online info and he has $620 available. He wants to go buy a bunch of candy and sell it to other kids.

One of my sons did the candy selling gig on the sly in Middle School and was making bank on the markup. Several other kids were running the same racket. When he heard a resource officer was peeking into lockers, he stopped.

Where did you get that info from? I know people who teach at La public HS and I never heard of such thing.

all those who are of the right shade did, means testing was only required for those not of the right shade
