Did anyone enjoy the world cup?

After USA got eliminated, and they got down to the real games, everything just seemed to be a attempt to get fouls or penalty kicks. The game was basically unplayable because the foul rules are so gray. Total snooze fest.

I know plenty people who watched. I asked them “So will you be watching Premier League in a few weeks?”. 100% of the responses: “Nope”. Soccer: Americans Next Big Sport for the last 40 years!

Was all charged up after it and ready to watch Premier League this year but now that fall camp has started, only care about college football.

It's like the Olympics, I watched races and skiing, etc but don't continue to follow it after. It was enjoyable enough while it lasted.

You think people watch the US Indoor Track & Field Championships to watch our future Olympians?
Major League Soccer sucks.. it's getting better but it still sucks. If they can keep improving that product then support for the national team will grow with it.

EPL and college football Saturdays are part of my favorite time of the year. I wake up around 5 so I'll catch some early morning EPL before flipping over to college football around 11. From there I'll be flipping back and forth between football games and MLB games depending on who is playing.
