Good for you.

The fact is attendance has been dropping.

The promoter doesn’t seem into it.

I think he’d made his before it starts thanks to the subsidies.

If you offered me:

500 in cash
Free drinks

And I had to sit through entire day, I would and will always turn that down.

The only way to go up from their current draw would be to have Garth Brook headline both the Saturday & Sunday nights.

Callin' Baton Rouge LIVE in TS would be beyond amazing. Especially if it were to be next year in 2020 after LSU + Joe Burrow lead us to our 4th National Championship win months before...

I can agree with that. They continue to bring the same acts every year it seems like. How many times has FGL, Chesney, and Aldean played this? They need to mix it up or folks are going to continue to get uninterested

They’ve each played it twice over the last decade.

They’re not close to being country, more like shitty bro country hick hop hacks. Same with Kane Brown.

I’ll blame the alcohol to water ratio before I blame the heat. Gotta keept it at least 2:1 guys. Stay hydrated.

Bayou Country Superfest is good for Baton Rouge. It's not the only show in town when it was in New Orleans the past several years. Plus New Orleans isn't really a country music city.

But if Baton Rouge didn't have the Country Superfest, there is nothing going on. People are leaving BR for the memorial day weekend. It is one of the slowest weekends for the hotels in BR so it is also probably cheaper for someone to come to BR than to go to NO for it.

New Orleans people don't listen to country. We can't relate to that (didn't even know it existed till college in BR)

Bayou country superfest was absolutely miserable the time I went. I was contemplating turning back half way to the entrance and should have

More power to them, and I’m not being critical of their good time, but nothing about that looks fun to me. I guess at 5:30 when the show starts, it’s not quite so bad but yesterday was hot as hell. I was scorched by the pool.

No thanks, y’all have fun.

Seems like they'd move this thing to April or some other time of the year. It's always hot in late May.

If you look really close you can see Joe Alleva by himself in the upper East with his cowboy hat and jorts on.

Was a breeze on the field level seats. We went in just for FGL and Kenny and enjoyed both, idk why people get mad about this deal. The tickets are cheap and aside from the traffic hassle having some beers on a Saturday night and listening to live music is never a bad time.
