Don’t confuse bad intentions for incompetence.
This is weaponized use of the judicial system to leave bad people on the streets to create chaos. The judges get money for re-election from big money donors that live in protected areas and pay the judges to allow violent offenders back onto the streets to sow discord amongst the proletariat. All under the guise of “protecting against/making up for racism”

Being a brand-new attorney, was really a struggle for me, I had a strong desire to be Black and excellent. My counterparts looked at me like they think I’m better than them,” Baker-Carper said. “I came across as intimidating, too smart, over confident. But, in reality that was not the case. I walked in the courtroom with the mentality that as a Black person, we have to run faster, be 10 times better.

My favorite part is that she went to basically an all-black law school and lives in an area with a very large black population and an all-black law school (FAMU law). She's pretending like she is the only black attorney other attorneys have ever seen/worked with

No one has ever looked at her like that. Ever. She misunderstood the side eye look which says "who gave this idiot a degree?"

Hells fire is not too hot for these POS. This went on and no one in the family knew about it or reported it?

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV/Gray News) - A 5-year-old girl in Florida died after her mother and stepfather allegedly abused her to death.
The tragedy began to unfold just before 7:45 a.m., on May 19, when Tallahassee police officers responded to a report of an unresponsive child not breathing in the 4100 block of Kipling Court.
Officers arrived and located a man, later identified as the girl’s grandfather, performing CPR on 5-year-old Missy Mogle.
The girl’s mother, 23-year-old Chloe Spencer and stepfather, 35-year-old Daniel Spencer, told officers that Missy allegedly had “behavioral issues” and would hold her breath during tantrums to manipulate her parents.
The parents said that their daughter had a tantrum that morning.
Daniel Spencer said that he was arguing with the 5-year-old when she began to hold her breath.
In response, he told officers he left her standing in her bedroom, closing the door and walking away.
After several minutes, police said Daniel yelled out to the household that Missy was found not breathing, causing her grandfather to begin CPR.
Daniel and Chloe Spencer then called 911, according to court documents.
Responding officers noted “suspicious bruising and injury patterns” to Missy’s body, which indicated abuse.
She was taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead. An autopsy also determined that the 5-year-old was malnourished.
Investigators found images on security cameras in the girl’s bedroom that allegedly showed Daniel Spencer “physically abusing [the girl] by hitting her, violently pulling her arms, shoving her face into a bed, binding her feet and hands together, and covering her with pillows and comforters.” Additionally, her blood was found on her pillows and comforter.
Other photos recovered showed Chloe Spencer “standing over [her daughter], who was on her bed in the fetal position, while Chloe held an object over her head as if she was preparing to hit [her] with the object.”
The 23-year-old mother later told authorities that she hit the girl with the shoe, court records say.
The young child’s tragic death has shocked the community due to her stepdad’s criminal record.
Last year, a sting by the Leon County Sheriff’s Office led to Daniel Spencer’s arrest. He was charged with multiple child sex crimes, including traveling to meet a minor, and was ultimately convicted last month.
At the time of his stepdaughter’s death, Daniel Spencer was out on bail while awaiting sentencing.
Additionally, court records revealed that Tallahassee Police investigated accusations that Daniel sexually abused the 5-year-old girl last year.
No arrests were made after police were unable to obtain sufficient probable cause.
Chloe and Daniel Spencer were each charged with second-degree murder. They’re also facing numerous charges, including aggravated battery on a child, child neglect with great bodily harm and failure to report child abuse.
A judge also ordered each of them to have no contact with any witness or minors, including their other children.
Daniel is expected back in court on June 6. Chloe Spencer has a motion hearing scheduled for Friday.
On Wednesday, Daniel submitted a conditional plea of not guilty, per court records. Chloe also filed a written plea of not guilty, the clerk of courts’ website said.

I’m so confused. The stepfather was awaiting sentencing for abusing missy while waiting killed her which means they still lived under the same roof?

Do you know what they call lawyers that finish in the bottom of their class.

Damn, that is heartbreaking, especially the part of the mother standing over the little girl while she's in the fetal position. How can anyone be so cruel to a child, not to mention their own child?
Also, the "she holds her breath when she throws tantrums" defense is most likely not going to hold up.

Seems as if incompetent, female, BLACK judges are over-represented at all levels of the judiciary.
Well DEI was enacted within our judicial system for that exact purpose: to put inept controllable political activist judges onto the bench who would push a political agenda.
This is what the Soros investment into our judicial system was all about.

Sounded to me like it was entirely separate. The whole thing is confusing IMO.
(probably unpopular opinion follows)
I'm not sure I really get this as the defining case (or maybe I'm missing something).
A guy gets arrested for being a dirtbag trying to meet up with a teen from the internet. While out on bail, he and his wife kill his stepdaughter?
I'm sure the judge here is terrible. The guy obviously sucks regardless. I don't really care if dudes trying to hook up with underage girls from the internet get bail or not. I'm just not sure the causal connection is very strong here.
That said, I probably support the law regardless of whether I think this impeachment/naming of the law makes much sense.
