Yes you're using facts and I'm not sure facts are going to matter in the end.

I would be shocked if CNN made even one statement positive of the defense during the entire trial.

How dumb is this prosecutor? She essentially just walked the witness into telling the jury that she's biased.

They won’t..... but just wait how they act when the defense wins this case , but the jury still fined him guilty.

The jury must be falling asleep after the repetitiveness. .

"Why are you here"
"For George Floyd"

I mean you have to attack the clear bias in that statement, even with the 17 year old witness.

If you just listen to them it appears defense counsel hasn't said more than 5 words so far

“I’m here for George Floyd”...wow, if this is the best the prosecution has and if Chauvin is convicted, then this will be up there with OJ.

"I saw him putting his knee into his neck more. He was putting a lot of pressure on his neck that wasn't needed."

"I knew he was putting more pressure on his neck due to his foot movement."

They've all said the exact same thing. This is such clear coaching.

They're acting like Thou was going on a power trip while in every video you have a sidewalk full of people yelling at them.

How exactly do they expect him to respond when outnumbered in a hostile situation?

Probably a stupid question, but Why is the state able to charge him with three different murder charges of varying degrees? Do most states do this?

He didn't cross. Court tv said it was a good move by defense. First time I've heard them say something the defense did was good.

It varies state by state, I know that in some states that they can charge you with a single count, but the defendant can be found guilty of a lesser. It appears in MN, you have to charge at every level.

Gonna be like the George Zimmerman trial where everyone on TV acted like it was a 100% guilty case and then they're all wrong.
