We have the president of the United States going on social media and basically threatening the jurors to make the right decision.

I mean, the guy did say that amendments aren't permanent. You know the amendments that tell the Government what it's people are guaranteed and can't be infringed upon. The sitting president of the United States stated those are not permanent...People's rights are not permanent. Why would anyone be shocked that the Legislative and Executive branch would flex their muscle on the Judicial to infringe on a citizen's right to a fair trial (regardless of how you feel the verdict should have been reached) under a president who feels that he has the power to restrict rights at his will?

I'm talking about large scale, massive destruction to basically every single major metropolitan area

Doubt that happens until the sentencing but what do I know

The people melting about it being the end of the republic are the same ones that say it every time a dem is elected. Obama got elected and people were flipping out. Same with Biden.

Most people are delusional

And who do you think the State’s experts side with?

Paid witnesses or just witnesses? Was the police chief paid? The coroner? Nah, they were there under their own volition to testify. Hired guns they are not.

Internal affairs would have looked at body cam and toxicology to determine the criminal was responsible for his own death.

Well okay then. That settles that!

What this 'verdict' will now encourage is a new resolve of felons everywhere, with or w/o active warrants/illegal weapons etc. to ignore police commands/actively fight officers and or simply 'run like the wind' when 'cornered' by police....bank on this !!

damn counterfeiters finding out that counterfeiting isnt a death sentence. so awful for cops.

I just want blacks to admit that the "system" has been on their side since at least the early 90s.

Whether in the court room, in the lawmking room, etc....the legislation that blacks prefer is the legislation that usually passes.

When it comes to voting, blacks wanted easier early voting and more absentee options so they didn't have to vote on Eday. Since the 90s, both those options have expanded dramatically.

When it comes to criminal justice reform, states have become much less strict over last 25-30 years. Bail reform, not prosecuting certain crimes, etc.

When it comes to economy, we have done nothing but expand the social safety net.

I can't think of a single issue since the 90s where blacks didn't get their preferred outcome. That is NOT a bad thing, but it is a direct refutation of the claim that they are a "neglected" group.

The fact of the matter is that we have bent over backwards since the 90s.

You would have eviscerated trump if he did it.

You don't even have to put an "if" on there because he did comment on the Manafort trial while it was going on. It was inappropriate for him to do it, and it was inappropriate for Biden to comment on it.
