Haha yea Floyd didn’t seem to be the most articulate person

That's putting it lightly.

I think he gave Larry Leo a run for his money.

The high level of Co2 in his body could have been attributed to the drugs. A doctor testified to this. The autopsy showed his lungs weighed 2-3 times more than normal.

He could have also been right underneath the tailpipe of the vehicle, which also can release Co2, which could have been inhaled in his position.

It alarms me that you are an attorney and actually believe there was any level of police brutality.

His comments seem to indicate his firm specializes in police brutality cases. Hardly going to get an unbiased opinion from him.

*As noted before, I am decidedly not a fan of cops for the most part. Saying that, while Chauvin is a dickhead he didn't kill nor cause the death of Floyd.

How do you know the prosecutions case isn't going well?

Now it wasn't the knee, it was the tailpipe he had poor George sucking.

Anyone have any idea when a verdict might come down?

Right before the riots start.

I guess they also held his head in some water so he inhaled water to make his lungs weigh so much.

He had heart disease with blockage and sickle cell anemia. Then add in the hysteria of going to jail and mix it all together and thats what ended his life.

He also had COVID. It’s clear China killed him.

China asshoe!

This was my first thought as well, after reading his posts.

Especially considering I'm a law enforcement officer myself

Which brings to question as to why were those police cam videos not released before court?

I saw a body cam video released last August, seems like it was 20-30 minutes. Not sure which officer(?s) it belonged to. But some footage was definitely released.

Oh no you're totally wrong. The majority here do want Floyds killer to go to prison. The difference is those on here watching the trial now know the killers name was Morries Hall not Derrick Chauvin.

Maybe Hall was complicit in murder but GF essentially killed himself with the choices he made. Chauvin is merely the scapegoat

I saw a 18 wheeler loaded down with pallets of bricks today. I was wondering where it was headed.

I want to know have 50 FBI agents could have investigated the Floyd death and found out there were counterfeit oxycodone pills that were actually meth and fentanyl and the drug dealer somehow escaped being charged?

Also the Police Chief said passing counterfeit money is not something they arrest people for. Apparently GF had a stack of fake 20's. How much counterfeit money can you have before it is considered to be enough of a crime to warrant an arrest?

CNN and HLN talking heads admitting the defense had a great day.

I was listening to a little bit of the HLN coverage they tried to have fair and balance commentary but overall it was totally slanted to supporting murder..

went on how long the knee stayed after it's clear Floyd is out..

that is a bad look, and he may get charged for something

they are basically saying, "Chauvin knew GF was unconscious and stopped breathing, not only did he not perform CPR, he kept using excessive force"

I do think this is what makes this case very complicated...when it come to concluding a verdict and sentencing if any.

For me Floyd OD...he did eat those pills during the arrest period after already being high per the clerk.

I remember last year, 1 photo made the rounds showing white pills in Floyd's mouth while he was in his own car ...I highly doubt it was a breath mint.

Today we learn about more pills in the back seat of the police SUV with floyd DNA...

Chauvin should have let up sooner...but the knee is not the reason he died

could they have started CPR on him sooner? Sure

did they want to? Well, I don't know, is that a fair question to ask?

If no, or we can’t say to a certainty, then I think the death would have to be attributable to the actions of the officer.

And with one sentence, you just proved you’re full of shite... zero chance you’re a lawyer as you previously posted.
