Not sure the point of that last cross.

I thought he was establishing that the cops were not performing medical treatment because they were not trained EMTs.

Guy showed up to work a year ago and is now having to testify in a trial that may cause massive rioting because he happened to be the closest paramedic to the scene. I'm sure he is.

I didn’t mean it as a judgment of him. You could tell right away he was put in an untenable position. All of these witnesses are now “outed”.

There are other causes and someone could have anisocoria, which is pupils differing in size. It can be caused by traumatic brain injury such as a concussion.
I've seen that once. Driver ate the steering wheel in an accident.

shite was creepy.

The way this is going the defense may not need to call a witness when he puts his case on. Obviously he will but the prosecution is doing it for him!

What wording was used in the report that makes you think the hero Chauvin asphyxiated the felon?

CP arrest complicating the subdual and restraint - it means due to the subdual and restraint his heart and lungs stopped. Add the fact that GF's death was determined a homicide, which means another person caused the death.

so using basic comprehension skills, the report means that the subdual and restraint caused the heart and lungs to stop working. the report just doesn't use "asphyxia", instead describes it.

Is the jury being sequestered, and have they been given specific instructions on what they can or can’t watch/read?

After Day 1 the judge told the jury to "try not to discuss the case with anybody" so I don't think they are sequestered.

Anything in the report to evidence the phantom "asphyxia"? Any soft tissue damage or evidence of hypoxia or anything like that?

This is why I will never serve on a jury again. I did once many years ago. Very serious, undercover DEA agent murder. I couldn’t stay awake, it was so boring. The attorneys must think jurors are very stupid. This line of questioning only causes jurors to tune out.

I’m hoping that they have them in a hotel with little to no access to any type of media...which is pretty impossible to limit now a days

not sequestered at this point. Judge tells them to stay of the news and do what they can not to discuss the case. Pretty weak..

even if that is true (which is very doubtful), you still applied the typo unit to inappropriate concepts. you exposed yourself as being highly unknowledgeable with basic medical data interpretation.
