Is this entire testimony to prove that the girl EMT actually worked for the fire department? No one is disputing that fact. The issue was that she had no identification at the time so she could've been anybody.

Of all the token female attorneys they could've had, this was the best they got.

Anything in the report to evidence the phantom "asphyxia"? Any soft tissue damage or evidence of hypoxia or anything like that?

yes. signs of abrasions and contusions to his back, chest, and face. these findings along with the history supports the forceful subdual and restraint leading to death. Positional and restrictive asphyxia is a known danger with the type of force used, is consistent with the traumatic exam findings, and history of events.

can you find me any data in the report that states GF "fatally overdosed"? simply having drugs in your bloodwork isn't fatal. can you list a single exam finding that supports that theory?

Are they still questioning the EMS guy?

Will they proceed with trial tomorrow or no- due to Good Friday holiday? Any one know?

As incompetent as as they have been you would hope they were doing it intentionally.

If you throw the case you can tell the protestors "I tried to hold him accountable but those darn deplorables on the jury didn't want to do the right thing".

he was crying wolf like he had done during previous arrests.

And then you leak the names, addresses, and numbers of the jury who didn't vote correctly.

Problem solved, you're no longer in the spotlight. I mean sucks for those jurors, but you have to break a few eggs to make a woke omelett.
