I think his request is a reasonable one and it should be set for hearing and he should get on the docket. It is unfortunate that while the court put him on as soon as possible, the several hundred who were arrested plus the daily arrested since he's been in town somehow are on the docket before him and he has to stay put till those cases are heard.

huh?

either way he was arrested twice......so he is going to have some waiting to do.

Seriously, we should make an example of these race baiting instigators from out of state. Come here and cause problems, and make them pay. Need to prosecute to the full extent. Not let them cause trouble and then just skip town.

He was only arrested once here. Just clarifying that.

This bitch is making $160k/year to be Baltimore's Chief of Human Capital (WTF) and he's bitching that black people don't get a fair shakedown? What a twat.

Sarcasm. Give him a hearing but make him wait as long as possible.

Dismiss the charges and send him home.

With one proviso: if he ever sets foot in Louisiana again, he's subject to immediate arrest and serving 6 months to a year in PP.

This little POS and people like him piss me off so bad. They travel the country stirring up trouble and most likely don't even care about what the protests are for. These people need a stern beating

I hardly feel like Baton Rouge is at unrest. Talking to and interacting with black people around the city has been nothing but positive and pleasant for me since the shooting.Probably moreso since, as I am making sure to be more approachable and cordial to everyone to promote unity. Anyone else?

There is a special in place in hell for thug pieces of shite like Deray looking to start some bullshite around here.

Humanity was fricked and is still fricked when the concept of professional protestors and professional agitators actually became a thing and socially acceptable.
