Dude is the "head of human capital" (WTF is that?) in Baltimore, makes $165,000, and manages a $4 mil budget and 56 employees.

This is the perfect time to start The Wire 2.0. Especially with all oh the behind the scenes social media info. They can implement hackers and twitter and snapchat and BLM and so on.

That seems awfully high for his position and his iq. Plus Baltimore is employing a criminal with a rap sheet that is longer than Altons

He shouldn't be allowed to leave the great state of LA until one of the OB baws gives him a personal tour of the atchafalaya basin.

He can now capitalize on a new line of t-shirts. "Came to LA to wreak havoc; all I got was this t-shirt and 2 trips to the slammer in 2 nights."

She said there is "a lot of unrest" in BR.

I think she means there is a lot of "arrests" in BR!

Keep his butt locked up. He should have though about his position before coming down and instigating. While at it throw book at him and teach out of towners to quit traveling around the country like a bunch of attention where's stirring trouble and unrest up.

I say make him check in every day in person to make sure he stays. He seemed pretty eager to get here, why leave so soon?

yep, and if he says that he can't afford it, which we know is a lie then we can let him stay at parish prison for free.

I think his request is a reasonable one and it should be set for hearing and he should get on the docket. It is unfortunate that while the court put him on as soon as possible, the several hundred who were arrested plus the daily arrested since he's been in town somehow are on the docket before him and he has to stay put till those cases are heard.
