Legal theory here:

Could they be charged with felony murder if it is proven that she provided an address and was taken somewhere other than that address? I know there’s currently a break between the felony rape and the death which means the felony can’t be tied to the death. But if there’s another felony to fill the time between the two? Simple kidnapping? Somebody who’s knows criminal law better than me. Seems to me like raping a girl in a car instead of taking her home=kidnapping

Dancing and flirting at a bar is so far from what they are alleging-- her intentionally and aware, getting into a vehicle with 4 strange men she doesn’t know, that let's be honest, are very different from her in terms of background and experience, and her having sex with them in the vehicle in front of the others...most young women do not do this...it is bizarre and alarming to me that you so easily believe their story like this is a completely normal and common thing that happens.
