The Carver kid told the police pretty much everything and he said they drove around looking for her place. That was before he was accused of anything. They got his statement freely and without a lawyer. Kid seemed to be pretty honest. He was the driver.

They brought her to an neighborhood off Burbank. And yes it happens where people hook up somewhere and then get dropped off. What I meant was that these kids didn’t know what to do with someone who couldn’t communicate and they were ready to go home. Carver initially just wanted to get her home because she was apparently left alone. Who did she originally go out with? Where were they?

The video said she was a willing participant while at the bar. Dancing and holding hands. 
Not saying that she gave consent right then and there but she was at least willing to be with them at some point.
