Maybe she wasn’t asking him to have sex with her right then in the back seat.

Yes i think she wanted to have sex with someone in that car, but intended to at an apartment in a bedroom. There’s a reason they asked her over and over and over again. She was passed out and mumbling. & There’s a reason she had injuries consistent with sexual assault…..

This is just my opinion based on what we know for CERTAIN so far.

From the affidavit and the drivers own words, she fell over and couldnt talk when asked her address. She was asked 5 times if she wanted to have sex and consented. After that was done, the other guy asked her multiple times and she consented.

Now youre sitting here celebrating because that same guy said something else that is in the rumor mill that you agree with that might make you look like you were right in this thread.

A girl that is pursuing them and wanting to have sex doesnt need to be asked 5 times by someone and an unknown amount by someone else. This is also per the same guy youre basing your celebration posts on.

It’s a pretty damning video. We can talk about it and break it down instead of focusing on the poster who seemed to know it already. As much as she’s enjoying the “I told you so” you seem to want to focus on her instead of the content that isn’t easy to digest.

Because she was over .319 when the rape happened.

That's 4x the legal limit for someone 21 or over to drive. 16x the limit for her.

These are awful statements for her family to hear at a potential trial and we have self-serving statements by guys facing a lot of jail time.

Regardless, because of her drunken state it's rape.

Doesn't matter if she got up in Reggie's and wanted every guy in the place to have sex with her. Nobody had the right to do so.

When asked her address, Madison slumped over and she never could remember her address. Most of us have been around people severely drunk and around people that keep drinking long after their already tipsy. They lose impulse control, want to fight, want sex, etc. I've seen a brother call police on another brother. Bad stuff happens. Horrible stuff happens. Driving wrong way on the highway, for example.

So whatever she said or who she slapped or whatever - IF true - doesn't absolve the guys who had sex with her from legal responsibility. That's what the statute says: no consent possible = rape.

Wasn’t she in a sorority? Drop her off at the big fricking white house with letters that she recognizes…hell, any one would probably work.
