In fairness, I think folks were giving you hell bc you presented it like gossip..."i heard from students or from so and so". Maybe it was unfair to you.
I only posted the information because it at least comes from a verified source (nakamoto) who watched the videos from inside reggies and inside the car. Not hearsay.
If I had heard salacious details from a questionable source, I would not post them on here considering the sensitivity of everyone invested in the case.

This exact statement was made very early in this thread. I don’t know if Chicken deleted the post or not. Others were downright angry with the poster that shared that info and people wanted them banned.

If this convo about sex took place in the bar i still think what happened in the car was rape if she was partially passed out and because of the anal injuries. They stated they asked her over and over and over again. So I’m picturing a passed out girl who has no idea what’s going on. If she wanted to have sex with any of these guys, i don’t think she had in mind in a car with a bunch of guys with 2 of them anally while passed out….
She may have been a not so prudish girl, but rape is rape. And I’m not a feminazi. i don’t support this twerking culture at Reggie’s, but it’s not a green card for anally raping passed out girls who are acting slutty while they aren’t passed out. Hopefully young ladies learn from this and adjust their behavior accordingly. It’s a crazy world out there.

I definitely do t think she was passed out in the bar.
But if she didn’t slap him in the car i still think she was passed out in the car according to the defendants statements and to the nature of being that drunk and getting in a car at the end of the night. You pass out.
