Agree with that. Not sure which one it is (28 year old?) but he may also be reacting to the girl who was approaching seemingly in an effort to help.

If you're reading this thread, this while you were in jail became an international incident. Daily Mail - 43 million readers a day - has photos of you and your family up.
You need to cooperate and do so fast. You didn't know Kaivon had raped other girls. You didn't know when you left home that night that's what would happen. But it did and you need to man up.
Things won't go well for you in jail. You've seen that. You won't survive in that place or you'll be crapping yourself the rest of your life with a worn out a**hole.
Madison's parents will never see her again. They'll never see her get married. They'll never see grandchildren.
The charges only go up from here: first degree rape; did someone take a photo or video the rape? video voyeurism is a crime; and maybe negligent homicide depending on how it plays out.
Cooperate and do so fast. That lawyer just cares about building his reputation. He doesn't have your best interest at heart. Who does? Your parents. Listen to them.
You need to man up and realize K and D were never your true friends. They took turns raping a girl and put you in the same situation as them as far as charges. Do what you have to do to save yourself. And do it quick.
Look at the two Good Samaritans who stopped that night and did CPR on Madison. While four would prey on her helpless body, two would step up as the rain fell and the life drained out of her and fight for Madi. The jury will fight for her.
This is one of the worst events to ever happen to this town. National media, international media, they'll all be here covering this story. Do what you can now and do it fast.

All of this. It's clear as day her legs are dragging as she goes past the tree. No, they weren't dragging an unconscious body to the car. But I have no issue using the word drag to describe how they "helped" her get to their vehicle.

in the words of the raper, she was drunk drunk, like drunk! Drunk people walk and stumble and have enough in the tank to appear to be functioning before the crash starts to happen. They know her state of intoxication, were not friends or had no prior relationships with her and took full advantage of a situation.

Exactly.
That video was strategically released, probably by Reggie’s and their lawyers, because of the picture it paints. “Look she wanted it”. The owner Darin is a known piece of shite. There was all kind of video of her inside of the bar falling around, why wasn’t that released? They release 1 video from 150 ft away on the back side of the bar. People need to use their brain, it’s amazing how easily they can be manipulated by the media.

Thank you, I was wondering the same thing, why this one video was leaked and none of the other videos referenced in the affidavit. Obviously this one video was leaked by someone with an agenda. The media either doesn’t care or is just too incompetent to realize they are being manipulated.

You need to digest my point better. The relationship between carver and washington is a bit unknown, obviously somewhat decent friends. We don't know what knowledge Carver had of Washington's past history with girls, sex, predatory type aggression towards girls.
