Or a place like Waffle House to get her something to eat so she'll sober up. Why, if those boys were such honest, innocent, and good people, didn't they do something like that?

Bc they were ready to go home and they didn’t know her that well is my best guess.

Maybe Waffle House was in the opposite direction
Maybe they were close to where she tried to tell them she lived and that was a place they througt she could get home.

Without seeing/knowing exactly the place where she was dropped off (as it pertains to where she lived or where she was raped) I can’t accurately say….

Maybe she said let me the F out right here?
Have you never had someone you had to deal with that you couldn’t make sense with and talk to?

Idk
Nobody knows the real answer.

IIRC, the video the judge watched was from after.

Not a far fetched theory of her saying this after she was raped a couple of times.

Anyone defending the males is a dumbass of the highest order.

WE knew that shite was wrong 40 years ago. Some parents failed their boys.

You need to take a break from this thread.

You have become overly obsessed with this case and Madison Brooks unfortunate assault and death in general.

All of your guesses are an attempt to excuse a fricking rapist, which really shits on your personal integrity.

another assumption that is false. Never met the kid.

Don't worry, I'm sure you will be able to go cheer on the rape of Casen in prison soon enough. I know that will make you happy.

The energy spent protecting these kids is pretty pathetic.

no point in all this speculation
they will get their day in court
it's a tragic situation all around
if you have a college aged kid, you hope they learn a lesson from this in what to do and what not to do
it can be a crazy world out there and it gets even crazier when you are under the influence
no matter what your intentions are, it only takes one incident like this to ruin several lives
at the end of the day, a girl died and had they had any decency at least she would be alive
and it doesn't matter what kind of person she is, she didn't deserve to die in that manner

It possibly shows she asked them for the ride and that they didn’t prey on her to get her with them. This doesn’t make what happened after that better, but from the beginning, everyone was assuming the boys preyed on a drunk girl and got her into their car. As I said, this video may show a different side of what happened (at that moment, not in the car).

You know that’s not you posted a couple days ago.

You made specific accusations against the victim that you claimed would be backed up by video.

A few minutes later, you deleted it

My gut tells me our local media, especially WAFB, will want to make this a race issue somehow. With the edited video, their intentions are clear. They want this muddied some kind of way to generate more outrage locally.

Remember, our media is allied with every disgusting entity that is here to "serve" us. We elected horrible leadership that our media runs cover for. They are not here to serve us in any helpful way.

You can be too drunk to consent it’s really that simple, I thought there was big class on that at freshman orientation.

Being “black out” drunk is definitely beyond consent. Where some of you guys living under a rock during this whole “me too” deal? This poor girl clearly had a drinking problem to get that intoxicated and not throw up or pass out, and they took advantage of that fact. Too many of you are remembering timed when you were both drunk and confusing the event. That’s a different situation entirely.
It is really that simple.

The DA will probably request a change of venue and the case will be sent to Covington, Monroe or somewhere like that beyond the ability of OJ Simpson/NCAA defense to be an issue.

It may not matter if the other DA in Livingston gets off his arse that perp maybe doing life before the this trail starts.

The two non rapest will cut a deal, the non serial rapest, who hopefully didn’t do the butt rape will cut a plea deal and at trial it will 3 to 1. If that guy has no priors and cooperates maybe can get 8 to 10, serve 5-7 at county jail instead of Angola. Maybe

It's the same as the WBRZ video, minus the last several seconds where Madison's legs get weak and she's "helped" away to the vehicle by the rapists.

Tigerland usually has several cop cars parked in the median. They could have returned her there when she couldn't give her address or even started there and not even driven her anywhere. This is what I would advise in the future in a similar scenario- you see a stranger that is bad off, to protect them and yourself, bring them to the police. They can assess medical needs, look at ID for address, etc.

But that wasn't their intention.
