Curious to see how the trees do in Baton Rouge with the rain overnight and sustained winds 30-40 mph.

It was still and muggy in Maurepas at about 630am.

Now the wind has kicked up from the SE and water is starting to rise a bit.

I can’t believe it’s just now rising.

That is about what we got during Barry, in fact Barry sat here for longer with those type winds. Think gusts to 60. I had one big branch come down but trees stayed ok

I think it'll be fine overall. But if track shifts 20 miles could be a lot more interesting for Baton Rouge. Was there a lot of rain prior to Barry landfall to loosen the soil?
