Brother, my daughter was a month early, and she was TINY. 4lbs 7oz at birth. Just get ready for a weight and length explosion in that first couple months.

That FL storm with the dip back to LA seems like it is just dicking with people.

And Paulette has decided that it is just gonna hang around just floating aimlessly for the majority of September.

Slack- will be moving even closer to Morgan city with my camp now. Cafe JoJo and The Galley are in play for a beer or a bite in October!

Nice man. We’ll make it happen. Hopefully it’s not in a hurricane thread though.

Yeah - my oldest daughter was six weeks early but she was 5 lbs 9 oz - then she became a giant

All of her siblings were all very close to 9 lbs when they were born and are still giants

Glad to hear.

Your first purchase - or hand me down if you can find it - should be a Baby Bjorn bouncer, or something similar. Trust me in this. Some of the best money you can spend.

We’ve had a few passes around my kids and 10 nieces and nephews. They’re life savers.

sounds about right with this tropical shite - wife and I got married 7 years ago, and our wedding was slated for outdoors in Mobile - and the day of the ceremony, we had a Cat 3 looking to come ashore. learned that day to pay more attention to the tropics this time of year.

between that hurricane and her mom passing a week and a 1/2 before the ceremony, it was a stressful 2 weeks.

Possibly getting 10+ inches in Cancún on Saturday the day we fly back home from vacation Cancun > Miami > Nola. Don’t know what to root for because it’s been heaven being here at an all inclusive all week not having to give a damn about COVID

would tend to agree with you but one thing that goes against this trend is number of storms we just had. A hurricane is natures way of expending excess energy and with all the H's and TS's we just had a lot of energy has been taken out of the waters. I heard some comparison that a Hurricane is equivalent to 10000 nuclear bombs or something to that effect.

Is this a new PeeJ?

If she's in Woman's I know she's in great hands. We are very lucky to have that facility in the BR area. My SIL is an NNP there.

Congrats again. Fatherhood is the best.

There is not enough energy left in the seas to muster a storm in next week. Sorry I should have dumbbed it down...
