First, you make a roux.

But seriously, good luck. It seems like all the malevolent forces in the universe have saved up all their premium shite for 2020. Good luck and stay safe out there.

How many more Hs does this need to move West for Baton Rouge to be fairly safe?

NHC? Nah.

I disagree. I'm not talking about a political bias. I'm talking about a calculated risk bias. It totally makes sense that high risk population centers would receive more cone bias layered on the scientific models than low risk small population areas.

I see a dual role from NHS. Science and public safety.

12z GFS makes big jump eastward on approach to the coast to avoid Lake Charles.

Same landfall as 6z, just slower.

I definitely don't have any idea what I'm talking about either.

But I won't let that stop me . The basic most level-header approach here imo: they're not going to nail down a very landfall location for another 48hrs or so. Anywhere from lake Charles to New Orleans should be getting prepared for tropical storm winds and anywhere from Jennings to Baton Rouge should probably prepare for hurricane winds.

Probably form a sharknado triggered by the hurricane. That happened in California once, and then New York.

You mind going to Houston or something? Not saying you got bad luck this year, but it would be interesting to see if it follows you instead of coming here.
