Looks like the 4am update shifted the track a hair to the west once it hits the gulf but it looks like it will lose more steam after crossing the Yucatan than previously expected. Still builds up over the warmer deep water in the gulf though

Same.

4am don't look good for here. Could use some rain, but zero wind. My pecan crop is just starting to drop. Winds will knock down the pecans with the husk on easy. That will be waste.

From what I’ve learned in these threads is that if you’re in NOLA, get ready for Katrina 2.0, if your from Houston, it’s gonna be worse than Harvey, and if you have a camp on Cypremort Point, you’re fricked

Basically shifted from East of New Iberia to west of New Iberia. Center of cone is around Delcambre to St Martinville to West of New Roads.

Yea it seems like most of the models are beginning to agree with each other on each update. Keeps bouncing between Lake Charles and Baton Rouge so if I was putting money on it Lafayette would be my pick unfortunately. I sure hope this is the last hurricane in the gulf this year.

The angle and amount of curve as it comes in is almost as important as where it hits. Makes a big difference for nola and the northshore.

I’d also like to see this link. Last I saw the euro was locked in on the Tex/La border.

what does landfall at 92.9 and 92.2 mean anyways dude..I tried to Google and got nothing

The ratio of H:M is 7:2. So due northeast of southwest is the answer you are trying to extrapolate.
