If you read the thread, you’d see that this has been discussed and how much of a dogshit outlier the GFS has been.

Didn't the GFS out perform the Euro landfall for Laura?

Appreciate it but I decided to invest in a fancy ice chest that will hopefully get the job done.

@BillWadell
#Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards has just declared a state of emergency as officials prepare for #Hurricane #Delta.

The Governor is holding a news conference at 3pm CT.

New Orleans officials will hold a briefing at 4pm CT.

Selfishly I want this to go as far west as possible, but I don't want to wish this on anyone.

Bigly. Euro had Laura in Galvesont bay. GFS was fairly spot on for a good bit at the end

Tuscaloosa did have an incredibly devastating tornado in 2011, so it could be argued about our soul.

Too many NC's after that event to apply

Serious question, i don’t have kids yet. Why go through this much trouble? Just put the baby directly on the tit if you have to

Yea you have no idea. Breast milk is liquid gold. Moms pump that shite several times a day to have stock for bottles to send to daycare and other feeding etc. my youngest is 3 and we still have that shite in our freezer because my wife will refuse to throw it away .

One of these is not like the others.

Rds is the trusted expert. The waters have cooled, so this is a Cat2-almost 3 and landfall “at the most”

This is the tightest grouping of models I think I have ever seen. What does that mean? Should we be fairly confident in them?

Yes, the Euro didn't correct to a LA landfall until 24hrs out. Prior to, its ensembles were 75-100 miles to the west of the actual track. Very bizarre and created unnecessary panic in the Galveston/Houston metro areas for those that solely believe in the Euro's prior track record, which has been lacking this year.

The GFS stayed pretty steady in lake Charles while the euro wanted to send to Houston which had everyone here panic for 24 hours

NHS was pretty firm on it going to LC the whole time

Shift west toward Vermillion Bay at 4 pm based on that. TVCN and TVCX are what the NHC will typically hug for their path. They will probably only do a half measure of a move but that's the direction the consensus is taking us.

Slowly starting to exhale. If Nola ends up dodging 2 major hurricanes and a Cat 2 all within 1.5 months that’s some divine intervention right there

If the baby doesn’t drink all that is in the tit then the tit can get an infection and fall off.

I have a newborn as well. Think we're going to leave Da Berry for Texas.

Maybe for good?

I get that but I was saying if you’re stuck in a house with no power due to a storm couldn’t you just feed straight off the tit?
