Also, I'd imagine that's a major hazard just by way if it had a leak or something.
.
Well chances are the hose will leak which would be in your house not the metal tank.

Set your dishwasher and washing machine to delay start

I think this is a great idea. Went and told the wife. Turns out we don’t have delay wash on either and we’ve had them for years. Shows how much cleaning I do.

You trust a woman to know all the features of an appliance?
My wife probably doesn't know ours has a delay feature, but it does.

Much worse the way I see it. A mix of 5” ice/snow in BR would be awful. Power outages all over

In some areas I believe it's actually illegal to put propane bottles in your house.

What you going to do follow the law or potentially freeze? Screw the law, I will do what I have to do.

12z NAM run had higher totals because the storm had fully passed through by the end of the run.

18z NAM, the storm was delayed a few hours so the last frame has precipitation still on the eastern half of the state that aren't accounted for in the totals.

Even my rinky dink dial dishwasher from the early 2000’s has this feature. It can delay wash up to 3 hours.

Mr buddy heaters use a small camping propane bottle. I used it in 2021 Texas snow storm when we lost power and it was single digits outside. It kept our master bedroom at about 62 when running. I put two battery powered carbon monoxide sensors in the room for safe measure also, and didn’t run it while we were sleeping.

You can buy a propane adapter for $25. I have 2 5 gallon bottles full with 2 of the Mr Buddy 9K BTU. Have 2 1500 watt ceramic electric heaters running off my 8K watt gen.

Low temps for Tuesday keep migrating down for my area. NW Calcasieu. Yesterday was 25 now predicting 16. My weather app went from 70% chance of snow with moderate accumulation to 90% chance with heavy accumulation.

I don't mind hating on wives but most know more about the washing machine features than most men..guaranteed.
