What is the best way to do it? I try exercise and sleep. Receiving an end of the day BJ from the wife is always nice. I try to schedule a lot of events to look forward to throughout the week to make it feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. What do you do?

Save as much as you can and invest it so you can retire as early as you can.

Try branching out on who gives them to you. Really reduces the stress level.

I am feeling more work-related anxiety than ever before and I am really not an anxious person at all. I think mine is driven by AI and everyone shoving it down our throats.

A switch happened for me a while back where I realized.......it's really not that urgent.
Has made a huge difference for me. Now obviously there's still some free drills here and there. But if you're not in a high stress job where you actually train for that (e.g air traffic control) and you're just stressed all the time, might be time for a new job.

Not stressed all the time but there are definitely times when it ramps up. Most of the time, I enjoy the work.

close but make sure to lock your office door. Flog your dolphin. Remember to wash your hands after.

I don’t deal with work stress at all

At the end of the day (unless you own a company) you’re just a number, some slapstick off the street they hired to make the owner more money.

If you are stressed out with work where you can’t function while off clock then find another job or totally different career where it’s less stressful to you.

The money is above average though. And I have kids in private school. Plus enjoy the work most of the time. There are just some periods that are very stressful.
