There use to be a Ford dealership in my hometown that for a while was putting a big window sticker across the back window of all their trucks

Small, notm obtrusive badging is no big deal. The back window sticker w/ the dealership website address is straight stupid.

Wife bought her vehicle from Trapp Cadillac. Put their frame on my 06 Avalon because I think Trapp Cadillac is a great dealership name.

Bought a car once and told them to either take the dealership sticker off, or I'm walking. How many items do people buy that the store you buy it from has a sticker on it?

There are times people with sports ones get their cars fricked with by the opposing teams fans. Dealership one or just your ford one might be better.

But most people drive with their decals on. I told them not to put it on mine.

Same with those annoying dealership name stickers they will sometimes put on the vehicle's rear.

Most pickups it's on the tailgate in one of the lower corners and cars on the trunk lid in a corner.

I refuse to advertise for a dealership. It's enough that you got my hard earned money, I'm not advertising where I got my vehicle.

I take all that stuff off when I get home. Not advertising for free.

Worked at a couple different car dealerships when I was in college detailing cars. One of the job req's was to install dealer license plate frame and dealer logo on each new car. The adhesive dealer logos were gaudy and I hated putting them on especially the higher end cars. Looked like crap.

I ask them to put more stickers on. I love stickers.

But do you also remove the metal dealer name tag, as well, leaving behind the empty screw holes and plate imprint?

I haven't seen a dealer's badge like that in 30 years....

Same goes with yard signs.

I had some new gutters and siding put on my house, paid close to 5k for the work. I saw their guy put their business sign in my yard and I told him he might as well take it because I'm throwing it in the trash.

Told him if he takes a grand off, I'll keep his sign in my yard for a month. He took the sigh with him.
