I was there last summer.

Me and my 2 kids were standing in line for a ride.
A lady approximately 40 grabbed a wheelchair from the line (not hers) and walked to the handicapped entrance.............wanted to skip the line.

Only problem was the dumb arse was pushing the wheelchair and wanted to jump the line. And had the nerve to get mad when the Disney worker told her NO and said she saw the woman grab the chair that wasnt hers.

THAT was good entertainment!

I believe the prices have just gone up, or will go up soon. Hopefully that prices out some of that trash again.

It won't. Not as long as Disney allows you to pay on a vacation for as long as it takes.

eta: The Star Wars nerds are about to make Disney miserable for about a year anyway.

But after a while this would "thin" out the crowd.

In our most recent visit there was an obese SJW couple that rolled up and got on the bus before a ridiculously long line of people. The driver loads both scooters and begins to belt the individuals in. Well they decided they were having no part in that and decided to let the empty scooters take up 3 seats each. On top of this, they walked to the very back of the bus and took up another 4 seats they were covering leaving one seat on each side by the window. Only small kids could fit the seats that were left on each side of them and 2 families picked up one of their kids and put them in those seats. In total this one couple took up 10 seats. FRICKING TEN!

I couldn’t hold my tongue as they started to make comments at people giving them an eye. The dude told some lady with kids “is there a problem because you keep looking our way.” I jumped in and just said “you both are getting looks because you’re pathetic and selfish to take up 10 seats while there are children and elderly folks standing. It’s just disrespectful.” About 6 “Yea that’s ridiculous” comments came from the crowd and they quickly shut up. Disney being uber liberal will never do anything about it though, which is why my family typically pays the extra money for the Minnie Vans or an Uber/Lyft.

Everyone is happy fat people get their space on the bus and can go spend money at the park and Disney was able to make money on your foregoing their free transportation to pay a premium for faster private transportation.

It has gotten pricey enough where taking my family of 6 to a deluxe resort at Disney was pricing at the same as a trip to Maui staying in the Kapalua Villas. Not worth the price and hassle of dealing with things like Queso Nation on the scooters.

Yup. I don’t really care though. I’d much rather spend the extra money then get irritated with those situations. It’s just not worth it to me. I also look at it in terms of you’re spending money to be at a park or event. Time spent waiting for transportation is mitigated by getting to said park or event faster so to me the money is sort of a wash. At least that’s what I keep telling myself.

My wife and son are going next week, with some extended family for a 10k race, and I’m using my portion of what it would cost to go to Roatan later in the year. Much more enjoyable for me.

The eighth dwarf was supposed to be Chubby until Amy Schumer’s grandmother got triggered and threatened to sue Walt Disney. They compromised by having Cubby on the Mickey Mouse club, but the struggle is real.

You cant book a trip more than a year out.

Guilty. The Millennium Falcon ride is supposed to be something special.

I must say I was underwhelmed by Toy Story Land. Way too small.

All of the parks could use at least one additional e-ticket from what is already planned.

We booked a trip for this summer. We booked it in September last year and got some really great deals on the hotel and meal plan.

We found out a couple of weeks ago that due to my daughter's summer practice schedule for her cheer team, we can't go that week.

We called to see if we could reschedule the trip a week earlier, two weeks earlier, etc. Prices have gone up $1200 from what we had booked it for, due to discount no longer being available and increases of rack rates.

So we cancelled it. Will do something else instead that will probably cost less money.

Well shite, that's actually a kind of good point.

Just ban them altogether.

And fill that cart with crap food to boot. I was in Rouses last fall and 2 humungous women were in there on scooters.

Their baskets were loaded with cookies, chips, sodas and not much else. And this looked to be a mother and daughter, so the trend continues.

Don't waste your time. You don't reach the height requirement for the good rides anyway.
