Yeah I think guy they arrested live on tv was just hanging out and got word of description of shooters and was like "hey bro, frick that, wasn't me. I just been chilling"

Just said possible shooter had a vest and camo pants. Pretty easy to see why he was taken into custody.

They do not have anyone in custody at all. At least two shooters are still on the loose shooting from elevated positions.
