I took an oath to that same constitution and I'm loyal to it. I never said the protest wasn't largely peaceful. My point was that these officers are all out there to protect these people right to protest against them and some have their lives to do that tonight. He clearly leads a great department. The entire raw footage from earlier shows a committed and professional group of officers. All while protecting the media and bystanders.

Let's be real the smartest thing you could do in this situation is what that one open carry guy the DPD thought was a suspect early on did and give the gun to a cop so they don't shoot you. You pull your concealed carry weapon in this situation and the cops are probably going to shoot you without thinking twice.
